Synthetic hydrocarbon polymers, such as Polybutene, support its doubleuse as a waterliner and eyeliner. They create a water-repellent film which works in combination with a volatile, such as Isododecane, for an outstanding lasting effect | Small imperfections will no longer be a problem. The very high percentage of pigment guarantees a coverage equal to a foundation and the exceptional softness allows the product to be applied simply and quickly.
